What breed of cows do you use for milk?
Our milk comes from desi sahiwal and GIR cows
Are the cows artificially inseminated?
We guarantee that none of the cows we source milk from are artificially inseminated.
Do you give injections to cows?
We strictly follow a NO NEEDLE POLICY, and our ghee is tested in labs to ensure it is free from heavy metals.
Are the cows free grazing?
Yes, our cows graze freely for 5-6 hours each day.
Are the calves fed before milking?
Calves remain with their mothers from birth. For the first 20 days, the milk is reserved exclusively for the calves. After this period, calves get priority access to their mother’s milk before any is collected for human consumption.
Does the ghee contain cow urine?
Absolutely not, cow urine is never used in our ghee.
Is the ghee made from butter or cream?
Our ghee is only made from Makhan.
Does the ghee contain trans fat?
No, our ghee is free from trans fats.
Is the ghee A2 certified?
Yes, it is.
Can I store ghee in the fridge?
Ghee should ideally be stored at room temperature. Refrigeration can change its texture, causing the color to appear white. To restore its yellow color, you can heat it again.
What if the product breaks in transit?
We fully insure all food products against breakage. If a product breaks, we will send a replacement.
Conditions for replacement and refund:
We will replace any product broken during transit. Returns are accepted only with proof of adulteration from a certified lab. Refusing or returning a product before 14 working days from shipping will incur a 10% fee. After delivery, a 20% fee applies for any refusal, return, or cancellation.
