  1. Shipping within India:
    • We currently only ship within India.
    • After your order confirmation, you will receive a shipping link within 4-5 business days on your registered email ID.
    • Once your package is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-6 business days.
    • Cancellation of the package is only possible after 14 working days from dispatch. We cannot cancel the parcel before 14 working days.
    • If you do not receive your parcel within 14 working days from dispatch, you will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Important: If your address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect, your order will be returned, and your payment will be refunded after deducting 20% of the amount. There is no guarantee that the delivery person will call in case of an incomplete address.
  2. City Field Instructions:
    • Please enter only the city name in the “CITY” field. Do not enter your full address in this section.
    • If you enter anything other than the city name in the “CITY” field, your parcel will be returned, and the amount will be refunded after deducting 20% of your paid amount.
  3. Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping is free all over India for Ghee .
  4. Transit Issues:
    • If any product breaks or gets lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund.
  5. Refusal or Return to Origin:
    • If you refuse to receive the product at the time of delivery or if the parcel is returned to the origin due to a wrong address or your unavailability, 20% of the amount will be deducted, and the money will be refunded.
  6. Payment Options:
    • We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, UPI, and GPay.

    • Pricing is subject to this website only. We do not offer our products on any other website or platform.
  9. Delivery OTP Requirement:
    • The delivery OTP is mandatory for receiving your parcel. If you are unable to receive the delivery OTP due to a non-working SIM, unreachable phone number, or incorrect phone number, the delivery will not be possible. The phone number cannot be changed after shipment is done. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting 20% of your order amount as return fees charged by the courier company. This issue is the customer’s responsibility, not Aroma Food’s.
